Salah's Lab is a Tokyo-based software and AI studio run by Muhammad Salah — software engineer, AI practitioner, and systems thinker. With a background in AI for earth observation, software architecture, and years building in fintech and payments, we bring depth to every engagement.
We work lean by design. Using our own AI-augmented development workflows, we move fast without cutting corners. When a project needs scale, we bring in trusted collaborators — but the core thinking and execution stays in-house.
